With over 45 years of experience in the Retail Industry, from store clerk to manager, to corporate executive to owner, Jim is well-versed in the day-to-day operations of Retailers. As an independent sales representative, Jim successfully placed merchandise in Target Stores for 26 consecutive years. His experience designing and setting Planograms using traditional methods inspired the innovative solutions that PIPS offers.

Budd Batterson, Principal

Sales is a passion for Budd, with over 30 years in Real Estate Sales and Development. A strong leader and ardent entrepreneur, Budd served as the CEO of 10K Research & Marketing, a Real Estate Data Tech Firm. Through deep connections with the University of Minnesota Computer Science Department, Budd garnered the technology help and programming resources to bring PIPS to life.

Bill Beksi, Consulting Software Engineer

       With a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Bill is an Assistant Professor in the                     Computer Science and Engineering Department at the University of Texas, Arlington. Bill specializes in                   Robotics and Automation, Computer Vision, and Artificial Intelligence. He has worked in the software industry         in China, the Midwest, and throughout the East Coast, including at iRobot. Bill's skills and experience makes           PIPS work.
